Forum Rules

When joining Whitehaven By Night you should be aware of the following rules:

1. Abusive or "Inflammatory" (Flaming) behaviour will not be tolerated. Please remember that this is a site for entertainment and enjoyment and, while certain things may happen in game, there is a difference between the game world and the real world. This rule covers anything that may be used to insult, or anger, an individual and includes (but is not limited to) the following:

Comments about a person's ethnic background, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, nationality, political views or any other aspect of their personal life which may be used to cause offence.

2. Expletives are permitted, but please keep them to the roleplaying area's and only use them in situations where they could, justifyably, be used by your character. There are no filters in place on Whitehaven By Night but member discretion is advised.

3. If you have an issue with another user, you should attempt to resolve it via Private Message, rather than use the Forums. If the situation cannot be resolved, or you have a specific issue with another user that gives you cause for concern, please inform the Storyteller/Administrator so that it can be dealt with.

Any violation of these rules will result in a warning to carry out remedial action. Failure to do so will result in your account being deleted. You will not be permitted another chance.

Whitehaven By Night would like to remind you that you have already agreed to these rules when you registered. However, to reiterate: By signing up to Whitehaven by Night, you agree to abide by these simple rules. Doing so should improve the enjoyment of the game for everyone concerned and allow the game to go from strength to strength.
